003 IIICOUNCIL MEETING APRIL 11, 1988 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order by Mayor Benson at 7:08 P.M., April 11, 1988. Council Members present: Bisel, Bohjanen, Reinert. Council Members absent: none. City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Engineer, Ron Stahlberg; Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk - Treasurer Marilyn Anderson were also present. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES Council Work Session. March 28. 1988 - Mr. Bisel moved to approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried with Mr. Reinert abstaining. Regular Council Meeting, March 28. 1988 - Mr. Bisel noted that on page three, second to the last paragraph the vote ono a motion is indicated. However the motion is not stated. Mrs. Anderson explained she had corrected her minutes to include the following motion; "Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve the recommendation of the Public Works Director and to set a deadline for completion of the work for May 31, 1988. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion." Mr. Bisel moved to approve the minutes as corrected. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS March 31. 1988 - Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve these Disbursements as presented. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. April 11, 1988 - Mr. Bisel questioned what was purchased from the State of Minnesota in the way of office supplies in the Public Works Department. It was explained that items such as notebooks, desks and chairs are purchased from the surplus location in Arden Hills. The surplus location is owned and operated by the State of Minnesota. Mr. Bisel moved to approve the Disbursements as presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
