COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 11, 1988 <br />1 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has directed the Engineer <br />to prepare a feasibility study for the construct- <br />ion of Second Avenue from Lake Drive to Elm <br />Street. <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City Engineer has prepared a right -of -way map <br />for the proposed project. <br />the City does not have the necessary right -of -way <br />to construct the project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is directed to prepare right -of -way <br />descriptions for the proposed project. <br />2. The City Attorney is authorized and directed to proceed <br />with right -of -way acquisition through negotiation or <br />condemnation. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this llth day of <br />April, 1988. <br />enjamin <br />Maril n . Proposed Improvements. 1988 MSA <br />Project, West Central Sewer and Water Trunk Mains, Sunrise <br />Meadows Street Improvements - Mr. Stahlberg explained the <br />need for soil work for these three improvements. The <br />reasons are outlined in his letter dated April 4, 1988. The <br />cost of this work will be charged to the MSA project, the <br />Sunrise Meadows plat and the extension of the trunk <br />facilities extension. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve the Subsurface Exploration, <br />Proposed Improvements, 1988 MSA Project, West Central Sewer <br />and Water Trunk Mains, Sunrise Meadows Street Improvements. <br />Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion.
