--0 21 COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 25, 1988 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order by Mayor Benson at 7:05 P.M., April 25, 1988. Council Members present: Bisel, Bohjanen, Reinert. Council Members absent: none. City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Engineer, Ron Stahlberg; Building Official, Pete Kluegel; Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk - Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson were also present. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES Council Work Session, April 11, 1988 - Mr. Bisel moved to approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Regular Council Meeting, April 11. 1988 - Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve these minutes. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Mayor Benson noted that on page 14 under Sewer and Water Rate Increase Public Hearing, paragraph seven; the effective date of the second rate increase should be January 1, 1989, payable April 1, 1989. Mr. Bohjanen and Mr. Reinert accepted the correction. Motion carried unanimously. Council Ways and Means Meeting, April 13, 1988 - Mr. Bisel moved to approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS - APRIL 25, 1988 Mr. Reinert moved to approve the Disbursements as presented. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. OPEN MIKE Mrs. Helen LaFond, 5880 Rustic Lane - Mrs. LaFond presented a petition to the Council requesting the installation of a street light at the intersection of Rustic Lane and Glenview Drive. Mayor Benson accepted the petition and explained that the Council will deliver the request to Public Works Director, Don Volk and he will ask NSP to install the light.
