0
COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 25, 1988
There was additional discussion regarding placing a time
limit on each permit. Mr. Bisel moved to approve the first
reading of Ordinance No. 03 - 88 and add to Section A, 1
"within a seven day period" and add to A, 7 "at a fee of
$20.00 annually ". Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion
carried with Mr. Reinert voting no and Mayor Benson voting
yes. Mr. Hawkins noted that an unanimous vote would be
required to pass the first reading since there are only four
members. Mr. Reinert changed his vote to yes to insure that
this ordinance would come back to the Council for a second
reading. He explained that he has a problem with the
possibility of this ordinance opening the City to new people
who wish to park eighteen wheelers on their property.
Motion declared passed.
Mayor Benson said he would like to see an ordinance that
would not impact or create further opportunities for some
people. He would like further restrictions.
CITY OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ORDINANCE NO. 03 - 88
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B, ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY AMENDING MOTOR
VEHICLE PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS
I.
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
Minnesota does ordain:
Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
Minnesota, passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is
hereby amended as follows:
AMENDMENT: Appendix B, Section 8, Subdivision (5) Motor
Vehicle Parking In Residential Areas.
PAGE 10
A.
