,035 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 25, 1988 <br />of the matters covered by this public hearing have a <br />potential affect on Lino Lakes. He said he would visit the <br />staff at MWCC and suggested that a work session may be <br />needed to address this matter. <br />Lakes Addition No. 3 Ponds - Mayor Benson said that a <br />resident on East Shadow Lake Drive is concerned about the <br />promises made by Mr. Uhde in relation to the ponds, grass <br />and other items. He wanted to be sure all residents were <br />notified when Mr. Uhde holds his association meeting and he <br />also asked that the Carlsons be sent a letter letting them <br />know that they will be notified of the meeting. Mr. <br />Schumacher was asked to research the Council meeting where <br />Mr. Uhde outlined his proposed association and what was <br />going to be done in that area. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Post Office - Mr. Schumacher told the Council that he has <br />been contacted by the St. Paul Post Office and they will be <br />doing a city wide mailing to determine if anyone including <br />the City Council has any suggestions for a location. <br />Canvass of Election - The Council will meet on Wednesday, <br />April 27, 1988 to canvass the election to be held on <br />Tuesday, April 26, 1988. <br />Rice Lake Estates, Tennison - Mayor Benson has been <br />contacted by Mrs. Tennison regarding park land and a storm <br />sewer in the Rice Lake Estates subdivison. Mr. Volk will <br />check the park issue and Mr. Stahlberg said that he has <br />already been contacted regarding the storm sewer and he <br />asked them to submit a plan for this review. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adjourn at 10: 43 P.M.
