That the City of Lino Lakes Community Development Block <br />Grant Fund Allocation for 1988 -1989 be amended to add <br />$1,650.00 to the Senior Center Coordinator Project, and_ <br />2. Reduce the Lino Lakes Economic Development Project by <br />an amount of $1,650.00. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of June, <br />1988. <br />Mar.lynaG. Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />CONSIDERATION OF A LETTER FROM THE CENTENNIAL SENIOR HOUSING <br />CONSORTIUM <br />Mayor Benson has received a letter from Mr. John Yackel, <br />Chairman of the Centennial Senior Housing Consortium. He is <br />looking for administrative support of options for land <br />facilities and financing for senior housing. Mr. Bohjanen <br />noted that Glenn Rehbein had conducted an informal survey <br />several years ago because he was considering building a <br />senior housing unit. It was noted that St. Josephs is also <br />considering doing something with senior housing. <br />The Council expressed interest in this idea and asked that <br />the Senior Coordinator be involved. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to take the request under advisement and <br />ask the City Administrator to talk to the Senior Coordinator <br />and Mr. Miller and obtain further information as to where <br />this is going.
