1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 27, 1988 <br />Benson indicted his reasons for voting no were, unacceptable <br />noise levels, area planned for executive housing and since <br />the entire issue of hunting in Lino Lakes will be reviewed <br />after the first of the year (1989) he felt this request was <br />premature. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 44 - 88, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 43 - 88 <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve Resolution No. 44 - 88. Mr. <br />Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 44 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 43 - 88 ORDERING PUBLIC <br />HEARING FOR SUNRISE MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS, the Council on June 13, 1988 passed Resolution No. <br />43 - 88 accepting the feasibility report for Sun- <br />rise Meadows and setting a public hearing for July <br />11, 1988, and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 43 - 88 was not published as <br />required by the Lino Lakes City Charter, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, <br />1. Resolution No. 43 - 88 is hereby rescinded. <br />2. That the public hearing be resheduled for Monday, <br />July 25, 1988 at 7;30 P.M. as outlined in Resolution <br />No. 45 - 88. <br />3. The City Clerk be instructed to publish the Resolution <br />No. 45 - 88 in the June 28th and the July 5th Quad <br />Press. <br />4. The City Clerk be instructed to send a copy of the Re- <br />solution No. 45 - 88 to the property owner before July <br />5, 1988 as required by Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 27th day of <br />June, 1988. <br />
