Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 56 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE 1988 SEAL COAT PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council, <br />the City Engineer has prepared plans and specif- <br />ications for the Seal Coating of certain streets <br />listed in the 1988 Seal Coat Program (a copy is <br />attached hereto) and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
