Motion carried unanimously. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT - RON STAHLBERG <br />Consideration of Bids for Reshanau Lake Estates South, 2nd <br />Addition, Resolution No. 50 - 88 - Mr. Bisel moved to <br />approve this resolution awarding the bid to the low bidder <br />Annandale Contracting for $161,200.53 for Reshanau Lake <br />Estates South, 2nd Addition contigent upon receipt of the <br />letter of credit and developers agreement being in place. <br />Mr. Neal seconded the motion.
