Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />SECOND READING - ORDINANCE NO. 05 - 88, INCREASING SALARIES <br />FOR THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve the second reading of Ordinance <br />No. 05 - 88. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />with Mr. Reinert voting no. This ordinance can be found in <br />the June 27, 1988 Council minutes. <br />SECOND READING - ORDINANCE NO. 10 - 88, INCREASING THE <br />SALARIES OF PARK BOARD AND PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve the second reading of Ordinance <br />No. 10.- 88. Mr. Bohjanan seconded the reading. Motion <br />carried unanimously. This ordinance can be found in the <br />June 27, 1988 Council minutes. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Resolution No. 53 - 88 Ordering Improvement, D. Erickson's <br />2nd Addition, Phase II - Mr. Bisel moved to approve this <br />resolution. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 53 -P 88 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF D. ERICKSON'S SECOND <br />ADDITION, PHASE II <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the <br />eleventh day of April, 1988, fixed a date for <br />a Council hearing on the proposed improvement <br />of Phase II, D. Erickson's Second Addition, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published <br />notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing <br />was held thereon on the twenty third day of May, <br />1988, at which all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />PAGE 24 <br />141 <br />
