The advantage of this is that <br />the City would be assured of obtaining the assessments on <br />the lots and getting the lots back on the tax rolls. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to acquire Lots 9 and 10, Block 9, Lakes <br />'.Addition No. 3 and advertise for bids. Mr. Reinert seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />IlOrdinance Regulating. Dumping - Mr. Bisel suggested that this <br />(City look at an ordinance regulating dumping. It was noted <br />that Lino Lakes will experience even more problems in this <br />!area as the regulations regarding waste removal becomes <br />stricter. Mr. Hawkins noted that this matter is addressed <br />in the Nuisance Ordinance. Mr. Bisel suggested offering a <br />reward to anyone who identifies a person dumping waste in <br />Lino Lakes. <br />Mayor Benson noted receipt of a letter from Mrs. Donna <br />Carlson and a letter from Sheriff Wilkinson. Sheriff <br />Wilkinson will be attending the next Council meeting. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adjourn at 10:47 P.M. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion.
