Motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 54 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES <br />SOUTH, 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, <br />a resolution of the City Council adopted the <br />eleventh day of April, 1988 fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvement of <br />Reshanau Lake Estates South, 2nd Addition, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published <br />notice of the hearing was given and the hearing <br />was held thereon on the thirteenth day of June, <br />1988, at which all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted As 1988 <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk - Treasurer <br />159 <br />-,40P6 <br />nson, mayor <br />CONSIDERATION OF REZONE OF RICE LAKE ESTATES, ORDINANCE NO. <br />09 - 88, SECOND READING <br />Mr. Schumacher updated the Council regarding this matter. <br />Mr. Hawkins has drafted a Planned Unit Development Agreement <br />(PUDA). The developer has been requested to deed to the <br />City Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Rice Lake Estates and donate <br />$40,000 for development of these parcels. The additional <br />dollars has been requested to equalize development costs so <br />that the developer will not have an advantage over other <br />developments in Lino Lakes. Mr. Schumacher explained that <br />all issues have been addressed in the document and the City <br />has full control of the development. In addition the <br />PAGE 6 <br />
