Motion carried with <br />Mr. Reinert abstaining. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 09 - 88 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is <br />hereby amended by rezoning from Manufactured Homes (R -7) to <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD), pursuant to the provisions <br />of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />following described real estate: <br />All of the subdivision of Rice Lake Estates except <br />Outlot A in Section 30, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this 8t <br />PAGE 7 <br />of A <br />1988. <br />i.n <br />son, Mayor <br />
