CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF SUNRISE MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS: a resolution of the City Council adopted the 27th <br />dal of June, 1988, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the <br />proposed improvement of Sunrise Meadows, <br />AND WHEREAS: ten days mailed notice and two week's published <br />notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held on <br />the 25th day of July, 1988, at which all persons desiring to <br />be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br />resolution adopted the 27th day of June, 1988. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of <br />March, 1989. <br />:enjamin e Benson, Moor <br />Marilyn G.
