1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING MAY 22, 1989 <br />1 4 3 <br />for use at the 49 Club. He is also requesting that the <br />Council waive the sixty (60) day waiting period for the state <br />license. Mr. Bisel moved to pass this request on with no <br />objections. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Regency Homes Letter - <br />Planning and Zoning Board Vacancy - After discussing whether <br />the vacancy should be advertised it was decided to ask all <br />those persons who originally expressed an interest in the <br />position if they were still interested and bring this <br />information back to the Council. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to adjourn at 10:22 P.M. Mr. Neal <br />seconded the motion.
