230 <br />COUNCIL MEETING AUGUST 14, 1989 <br />City park for storage of material and driving across the <br />area. Mr. Volk explained that the developer will have to <br />reseed or sod the area when he is finished. <br />After further discussion, Mr. Bisel moved to tell the <br />developer to stop using park property for construction <br />purposed. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. Mr. Latcham said that it appears to him that <br />the dirt stored on park property is being transported out of <br />the City. <br />Mr. Hawkins referred to the Summons served on the Council <br />this evening and told the Council that he would review the <br />document and respond to the court. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adjourn at 11:15 P.M. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
