CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 51 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF <br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOT 3, BLOCK 12, SUNSET OAKS <br />WHEREAS: David Rouch, 140 Marvy Street, Lino Lakes has <br />petitioned to request the City to vacate certain <br />drainage easements from his lot described above, <br />and shown on the attached map, and <br />WHEREAS: the request to vacate the easement as indicated on <br />the attached map has been reviewed by the City <br />Engineer and the Public Works Director and they <br />have completed a plan to reroute the easement, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public hearing be set for Monday, September 11, <br />1989 at 8:00 P.M. to consider the request to vacate the <br />easements as shown on the attached map. <br />Adopted by the City Council this <br />f August, 1989. <br />-1 <br />Benja <br />Marilyn G' Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />Benson, Mayor <br />251 <br />
