2 5 2 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF A <br />PORTION OF LINDA AVENUE IN ROHAVIC OAKS, SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS: a portion of the platted street Linda Avenue has <br />now been replatted into a lot in Rohavic Oaks, <br />Second Phase as shown on the attached map, and <br />WHEREAS: this plat has been reviewed by the City Engineer, <br />City Planner and Public Works Director and they <br />see no problem with this plate, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public hearing be set for Monday, September <br />11, 1989 at 8:15 P.M. to consider the vacation of a <br />portion of the easement for Linda Avenue as shown <br />on the attached map. <br />Adopted by the City Council this _ . day of Au•ust, 1989. <br />a: <br />Marilyn <br />Benjami <br />Anderson, Clerk - Treasurer <br />Bens <br />, Mayor <br />
