COUNCIL MEETING NOVEMBER 27, 1989_ <br />The regular meeting of the Lino lakes City Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Benson at 7:18 P.M., Monday, November 27, <br />1989. Council Members present: Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen, <br />Neal. Council Members absent: None. City Attorney, Bill <br />Hawkins; City Engineers, John Davidson and Dan Boxrud; City <br />Planner, John Miller; Chief of Police, Dean Campbell; Public <br />Works Director, Don Volk; Administrator, Randy Schumacher and <br />Clerk- Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson were also present. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Special Council Meeting, November 8, 1989 - Mr. Bisel moved <br />to approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Bohjanen seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Work Session, November 13, 1989 - Mr. Reinert moved <br />to approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Bisel seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Regular Council Meeting, November 13, 1989 - Mr. Bohjanen <br />moved to approve these minutes as presented. Mr. Neal <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />November 27, 1989 - Mayor Benson noted a correction to the <br />Disbursements on Page 4 for Annandale Contracting. The <br />amount should be $16,523.49 and the total disbursement should <br />be $101,571.91. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve the disbursements as corrected. <br />Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Bisel asked about the purchase of a baler for $2,000.00 <br />for the Solid Waste Department. Mr. Schumacher explained <br />that this item will be fully reimbursed by the solid waste <br />grant through Anoka County. <br />Mr. Schumacher was asked about the disbursement to E. G. Rud <br />and Sons for $11,520.00 for mapping in Section #19. Mr. <br />Schumacher explained this is for the storm water drainage <br />plan for Section #19. Mr. Reinert asked about the <br />disbursement for Curtis Larson. Mr. Schumacher explained <br />that the appraisals were completed in preparation of <br />obtaining easements for the surface water management plan for <br />this area. Mr. Hawkins explained that Mr. Larson has been <br />performing this type of work in Lino Lakes for several years <br />and is very familiar with Lino Lakes. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
