1 COUNCIL MEETING FEBRUARY 12, 1990 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order by Mayor Bisel 7:00 P.M., Monday, February 12, 1990. Council Members present: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Bohjanen. City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Engineer's, Darrell Schneider and Dan Boxrud; Building Official, Pete Kluegel; Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk - Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson were also present. STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS Mayor Bisel presented his State of the City Address. The full text of the Address is attached to the end of these minutes. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES Council Work Session, January 22, 1990 - Council Member Neal moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Regular Council Meeting, January 22, 1990 - Council Member Neal moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS January 31, 1990 - Council Member Neal moved to approve these disbursements as presented. Council Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. February 12, 1990 - Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve these disbursements as presented. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Council Member Neal questioned the disbursement to the City of Circle Pines in the Parks Department. Mr. Schumacher explained that was for gas service to the warming house at Sunrise Park. Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. OPEN MIKE No one appeared under Open Mike. PLANNER'S REPORT - JOHN MILLER Mr. Miller was ill and did not attend this Council meeting. Mr. Miller's report was continued until the next Council meeting. ENGINEER'S REPORT - DARRELL SCHNEIDER Mr. Schneider did not have a report.
