COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 12, 1990 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called <br />to order on Monday, March 12, 1990 at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor <br />Bisel. Council Members present: Neal, Kuether, Bohjanen. <br />Council Member Reinert arrived at 7:25 P.M. City Attorney, <br />Bill Hawkins; Engineer's, Darrell Schneider, Brian Bourssa <br />and Dan Boxrud; Planner, John Miller; Administrator, Randy <br />Schumacher and Clerk- Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson were also <br />present. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Regular Council Meeting, February 12, 1990 - Council Member <br />Neal moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council <br />Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Regular Council Meeting, February 26, 1990 - It was decided <br />that since two of the Council Members in attendance at this <br />time were not at the February 26, 1990 meeting and were <br />unable to vote on the minutes, to table action on these <br />minutes until Council Member Reinert arrived. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />February 28, 1990 - Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve <br />these disbursements as presented. Council Member Neal <br />seconded the motion. Council Member Bohjanen asked for an <br />explanation of the disbursements for Consultants. Mr. <br />Schumacher explained that the disbursements were to two <br />different Consultants for the Surface Water Management <br />Improvement. Mr. Schumacher also noted that this money is in <br />the 1990 Budget. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />March 12, 1990 - Council Member Neal moved to approve these <br />disbursements as presented. Council Member Kuether seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Centennial Fire District - Council Member Neal asked if these <br />disbursement were acted upon at the Steering Committee held <br />last Thursday. Mr. Schumacher said yes, however, technically <br />each Council has the right to review the disbursements and <br />they do not have to approve them if they feel that there is a <br />problem. Council Member Bohjanen asked how long of a period <br />did this disbursement cover? Mr. Schumacher explained two <br />weeks.
