1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 27, 1990 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Bisel at 6:48 P.M. Council Members <br />present: Kuether, Reinert, Bohjanen. Council Member absent: <br />Neal. City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Engineer's, Darrell <br />Schneider, Brian Bourassa and Dan Boxrud; Planner, John <br />Miller; Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk - Treasurer, <br />Marilyn Anderson were also present <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Regular Council Meeting, August 13, 1990 - Council Member <br />Kuether moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council <br />Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />-CONSIDERA'T'ION OF AMENDING AUGUST 27, 1920 AGENDA <br />Mayor Bisel noted that a request has been received to remove <br />Item No. 5, Presentation of the 1989 Annual Audit. Also a <br />request to add two (2) items has been received. They are <br />Item 14F. Resolution No. 70 - 90 Awarding Bid for <br />Improvements at the Minnesota Correctional Facility and Item. <br />22B, Consideration and Approval of Election Judges. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to amend the Agenda as noted <br />above. Council Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. Council Member Kuether <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Centennial Fire District - Council member Reinert moved to <br />approve these disbursements as presented. Council Member <br />Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Update by Anoka County Sheriff Kenneth G. Wilkinson - Sheriff <br />Wilkinson explained that he is attempting to address each <br />municipality every year in an attempt to continue good <br />communications with the Sheriff's Department and the <br />communities that the Department serves. Sheriff Wilkinson <br />presented a copy of the 1989 Sheriff's Department Report to <br />the Council. <br />SYi,eriff Wilkinson explained that the working relationship <br />between his Department and the Lino Lakes Police Department <br />continues to be excellent. He noted that the Lino Lakes <br />Police Department is a good Department and the community.. <br />should be proud.
