237 <br />COUNCIL MEETING FEBRUARY 11, 1991 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to <br />order by Mayor Bisel at 6:30 P.M., Monday, February 11, 1991. <br />Council Members present: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />Council Members absent: none. City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; <br />Engineer's, Dan Boxrud and Darrell Schneider; Planner, John <br />Miller; City Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk- Treasurer, <br />Marilyn Anderson were also present. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Bohjanen noted that since he and two (2) other <br />Council Members missed some of the meetings, it would not be <br />proper for them to vote on the approval of the minutes contained <br />in the Consent Agenda. He asked that items 1B through 1F be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda. Council Member Bohjanen said he <br />would like to discuss item No. 3. He also noted that since item <br />No. 4 concerns dispersing City funds, this item should be removed <br />from the Consent Agenda. <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve Consent Agenda No. 1A and <br />No. 2A, 2B and 2C. A full <br />transcript is attached to these minutes. <br />PRESENTATION OF THE LINO LAKES CIVIL DEFENSE SERVICE AWARD <br />Mayor Bisel presented to Charles Cape a plaque commemorating his <br />twenty four years as Civil Defense Director. Mayor Bisel noted <br />many other areas of service donated by Mr. Cape through the <br />years: assists seniors, gun safety program for youth, program for <br />severe weather action and assist the Police and Fire Departments <br />during natural disasters.
