249 <br />COUNCIL MEETING FEBRUARY 11, 1991 <br />moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council Member <br />Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried with Council Members <br />Neal and Kuether abstaining. <br />Regular Council Meeting, January 28, 1991 - Council Member <br />Reinert moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council <br />Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried with Council <br />Members Neal and Kuether abstaining. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 - 91 ESTABLISHING A TEMPORARY CONTROL STRUCTURE <br />FOR SECTION 18 AND 19 <br />Mr. Schneider explained that the City is preparing for the <br />upgrading of the intersection of Lake Drive and Second Avenue. <br />In the mean time they must establish a temporary control <br />structure for surface water management in that area. The Wenzel <br />subdivision will be using this structure for drainage. Council <br />Member Reinert moved to approve Resolution No. 13 - 91 for the <br />installation of a temporary control structure. Council Member <br />Bohjanen seconded the motion. On a roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 13 - 91 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />CONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZING TKDA TO CONDUCT A WATER STUDY <br />Mr. Schneider explained that the City of Circle Pines has <br />notified this City that they will be terminating our Water Use <br />Agreement effective August, 1991. The City of Lino Lakes must <br />therefore come up with a plan to provide water to its residents. <br />The City of Circle Pines will be treating their water and will <br />not be able to allow any of Lino Lakes untreated water to enter <br />their system. The City of Lino Lakes will be allowed to purchase <br />their treated water at their cost. <br />Mr. Schumacher explained that the funding of the water study will <br />come from the Enterprise Fund and from the Connection Fee Fund. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to approve the water study as <br />recommended by the City Engineer. Council Member Neal seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to adjourn at 9:47 P.M.
