1 1 1 COUNCIL MEETING FEBRUARY 11, 1991 collateralized. Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. Liaison Appointments - Mayor Bisel explained that he would like the Council Members to select what Boards they wish to represent. A grid was given to the Council Members so that they can select what months and what Boards they wish to represent. OLD BUSINESS Council Member Reinert noted concern because the election signs have not been removed as required by City Code. Council Member Neal said that he contacted the person today and they promised to remove the signs. NEW BUSINESS NOTE: Board of Review is Set for Monday, April 15, 1991 at 6:30 P.M. Park Development Committee, Lino Lakes Elementary School (Centennial School District) - Mr. Schumacher said he would like a committee of one (1) member from the Council, one (1) member from the Park Board to meet with staff and the Centennial School District representatives to prepare a joint development and /or maintenance plan for a park on the new elementary school site. Mr. Schumacher will set some dates for this meeting. CONSENT AGENDA CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES Council Work Session, January 5, 1991 - Council Member Reinert moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried with Council Members Neal and Reinert abstaining. Council Work Session, January 10, 1991- Council Member Kuether moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council Member Reinert seconded the motion.
