COUNCIL MEETING JANUARY 23, 1989 <br />The concensus of the Council was that this is a significant <br />change in the Charter and designated the last meeting in <br />February for the first reading of the ordinance and the last <br />meeting in March for the public hearing and second reading of <br />the ordinance. The notice of the public hearing is to be <br />placed in all three local newspapers. <br />SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 01 - 89, DEFINING TRANSIENT <br />MERCHANT, PEDDLER, CANVASSER AND SOLICITOR <br />Mr. Bisel moved to table this item until the February 13, <br />1989 Council meeting. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Benson noted receipt of the green sheet for submital of <br />Council agenda items and said he felt it was a good idea. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adjourn at 10:35 P.M.
