LOUN Ib r,LL'i 1Fvi FEBRUARY i:i, 1 d9 <br />Authorization to Prepare Request for Proposals on a Facility <br />Study - Mr. Schumacher noted that he had talked about this <br />issue at the Council meeting on Saturday noting that dollars <br />have been set aside in the budget to evaluate the needs for <br />future municipal facilities such as public safety building, <br />public works building or possibly a new city hall. He noted <br />that it would not cost anything for preparation of the <br />request. Mr. Bisel, moved to authorize Mr. Schumacher to <br />prepare a request .Dar proposals on a facility study. Mr. <br />Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously_ <br />Consideration of Setting a Public Hearing for 1989 Community <br />Development Block Grant Funds for March 13, 1989, 7:30 P.M. - <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to set this public hearing. Mr. Bisel <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Water Quality Study at Prison - Mr. Bisel reminded the <br />Council that Mr. Neal had picked up the reports on the test <br />wells outside of the prison and now Mr. Neal has given them <br />to Mr. Volk. He asked that the lady who voiced concern <br />regarding the water quality in these wells be contacted and <br />given the information that she requested. Mr. Stahlberg <br />noted that he also has a copy of the study and will get this <br />information to the Council and the lady who attended the <br />hearing. <br />Letter From Mr. Kluegel Regarding Building Violation in the <br />Regional Park - Acting Mayor Reinert asked that this matter <br />be placed on the next Council Agenda. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adjourn at 9:55 P.M.
