CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF EASEMENTS ON LOTS SEVEN AND <br />EIGHT, BLOCK TWO, RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH, 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />G. M. Development, Inc. developer of Reshanau <br />Lakes Estates South, 2nd Addition has requested <br />that a portion of the utility easements on Lot 7 <br />and Lot 8, Block 2, be vacated as shown on the <br />attached map, and <br />The easements as indicated on the map have <br />reviewed by the City Engineer and the City <br />and no adverse future problems were noted, <br />been <br />Planner <br />and <br />A public hearing was held on February 13, 1989 at <br />7:45 P.M. before the City Council in the City Hall <br />after due published and posted notice had been <br />given by the Clerk on January 31, 1989 and Februay <br />7, 1989 and all persons interested were given an <br />opportunity to be heard; and, <br />It appears.that it willbe- .for .the-best interest <br />of the City to vacate-such-easements, and <br />four fifths of all the members of the Council <br />concur in this resolution, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the portion of utility <br />easement shown on the attached map is hereby vacated. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th <br />day of February, 1989. <br />Benjamin <br />(/ ilyn .
