1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />this situation and determine if other cities waive building <br />inspection fees. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to waive the building inspection <br />fees for the new Rice Lake Elementary School. Council Member <br />Neal seconded the motion. The motion carried with Council Member <br />Kuether voting no. <br />Acting Mayor asked Mr. Schumacher to research as he earlier <br />requested and bring the information back to the Council. He also <br />asked that Mr. Schumacher work with the Building Inspector and <br />determine the actual figures and bring this information to the <br />Council. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, MY- PLACE -ON- THE -LAKE REVOCATION OF LIOUOR LICENSE <br />Acting Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing at 7:45 P.M. <br />Mr. Hawkins explained that before the liquor license for this <br />establishment could be renewed on July 1, 1991, the City Clerk <br />was informed that the dram shop insurance had been canceled. <br />Therefore, the license is not in effect and there is no license <br />for the Council to revoke. Mr. Hawkins explained that if the <br />owner of this establishment wishes to renew his license, he must <br />bring in all information required for liquor license renewal. <br />This includes proper dram shop insurance. <br />Mike Kostick, president of Kostick, Olson, owner of My- Place -On- <br />The -Lake explained why the dram shop insurance had been canceled. <br />Mr. Kostick told the Council that he plans to re -open this <br />establishment after Labor Day and will have all the required <br />information to the City Clerk for renewal. <br />Mr. Kostick was told to continue to work with the City Clerk and <br />she will keep the Council updated on this matter. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to close the public hearing at 7:52 <br />P.M. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />Resolution No. 76 - 91 Calling for a Hearing on Proposed <br />Assessments, Reshanau Lake Estates South, 3rd Addition - Mr. <br />Schneider explained that on August 27, 1990, the City Council <br />adopted a resolution declaring costs to be assessed and ordering <br />preparation of the assessment rolls for both Reshanau Lakes <br />Estates South, 2nd Addition and 3rd Addition. Assessment rolls <br />were prepared, however, since the Developer's Agreement provided <br />that the 3th Addition would not be assessed until 1992, a public <br />hearing was not held on the 3rd Addition.
