9 <br />Reshanau Lake Estates South, 3rd Addition. <br />Council Member Neal moved to adopt Resolution No. 76 - 91. <br />Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 76 - 91 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Resolution No. 77 - 91 Approving Plans and Specifications and <br />Ordering Advertisement for Bids, Elevated Water Storage - Mr. <br />Schneider explained that plans and specifications have been <br />prepared for this improvement. Bidding documents have also been <br />prepared including bidding documents for an innovative plastic <br />coating system. Bids will be opened September 6, 1991 and the <br />bid award will be considered on September 9, 1991. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to adopt Resolution No. 77 - 91. <br />Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 77 - 91 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Resolution No. 78 - 91 Accepting Petition and Ordering <br />Preparation of Report, Pheasant Hills Preserve II - Mr. Boxrud <br />explained that the developer of Pheasant Hills Preserve had <br />requested an extension of utility service into Phase 1I of this <br />improvement. Mr. Boxrud used the overhead projector to described <br />the extension. Today the developer sent a letter to Mr. Boxrud <br />stating that the contractor on the project has decided not to <br />install the extension of the utility service at this time. The <br />developer asked that the extension be done privately. Mr. <br />Hawkins advised Mr. Boxrud to get a clear intent from the <br />developer on this matter. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to table Resolution No. 78 - 91 and <br />bring further information to the next Council meeting. Council <br />Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Boxrud explained that both Brandywood Estates and Pheasant <br />Hills Preserve are suffering from adverse weather conditions and <br />will need addition road improvements. This matter will be <br />handled by a change order. These improvements will be monitored <br />through regular inspections. <br />Resolution No. 79 - 91 Receiving Report and Waiving Public <br />Hearing, 50 of 60 Day Waiting Period and Waiving Assessment <br />Appeal - Council Member Bohjanen moved to table this resolution. <br />council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 80 - 91 Accepting Bids, PineRidge Addition - Mr. <br />Boxrud explained that bids were taken on August 9, 1991 for the <br />PAGE 8 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
