1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 12, 1991 <br />DATE November 12, 1991 <br />TIME STARTED 6:30 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED 9:58 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Bisel, Bohjanen, Kuether, Neal, Reinert <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br />Staff Members present: Administrative Assistant, Dan Tesch; <br />Building Official, Peter Kluegel; Chief of Police, Dean Campbell; <br />Engineer's, Dan Boxrud and Darrell Schneider; Planner, John <br />Miller; Public Works Director, Don Volk; Administrator, Randy <br />Schumacher and Clerk - Treasurer Marilyn Anderson. <br />Mayor Bisel congratulated the winners of the election held on <br />Tuesday, November 5, 1991 and thanked the one quarter of the <br />voters of Lino Lakes who braved the elements and voted in the <br />election. He asked that Mrs. Elliott be sent copies of all <br />materials that are currently being sent to the Council. <br />ITEMS TO BE ADDED TO THE AGENDA: <br />Mr. Schumacher asked that right -of -way acquisition for the <br />Reshanau Trunk Sewer Improvement be added as Item No. E under New <br />Business. He also asked that septic system improvement be added <br />under Old Business as Item No. D. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve the consent agenda as <br />presented. Council Member Neal seconded the motion.
