62 <br />September 23, 1974 <br />The Carbaret license was discussed under Mr. Locher's. report. This had been dis- <br />cussed at the previous Council meeting and the only item under question° -was the <br />amount of the fee. There was discussion on the need to set a fee that is compatable <br />with the use. Mr. Jaworski moved to adopt the Cabaret Ordinance setting the fee at <br />$200.00. Seconded by Mr. McLean. <br />Mr. Locher reminded the Council that at the present time these establishments have <br />a dance license that does not expire until June 30, 1975. <br />Mr. Jaworski amended his motion to issue the first cabaret license on January 1, 1975. <br />Mr. McLean accepted the amendment. The motion carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to issue the first license from January 1, 1975 to expire on <br />June 30, 1975 at half fee in order to coincide with the issuance of the liquor <br />licenses. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried. <br />On discussion of the requirement of insurance for 3.2 beer establishments, Mr. <br />Marier suggested leaving as is until it becomes0a problem. <br />Mr. Zelinka suggested tabling this for six months. The Clerk was instructed to put <br />it on the agenda in April of 1975. <br />There was no old business nor any new business. <br />On the matter of the requisitions, Mr. McLean questioned the camera for the <br />Police Department. Chief Myhre siad it is for taking pictures of junk, assualts <br />and such for records. Mr. Marier asked where he was purchasing the camera and <br />Cheif Myhre said Target, that was the lowest price he had found. <br />Mr. McLeans asked if the requisiton for snow tires was for the ones that did not <br />come with the new ford andChief Myhre said it was. <br />Mr. McLean asked about the landing lamps. Chief Myhre said these are for the spot <br />lights and must be ordered separately. <br />Mc. McLean moved to approve requisitons $474 through and including $488. Seconded by <br />Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried with Mr. Marier voting no. <br />Mr. Marier asked if any one knew how much money had just been spent? <br />Mr. Zelinka said No, but it was a good question. Mc. McLean made a rougf{4 count <br />and it totaled around $2,000.00. <br />The Clerk was asked to put a Cash Flow discussion on the budget agenda for Thursday, <br />September 25, 1974. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to pay bills $5974 through $6002 inclusive. Seconded by Mr. McLean. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Marier moved to adjourn at 10:35 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski.
