66 <br />October 15 1974 <br />Mr. Jaworski asked about the installation of a door between the Police Office <br />and the Conference Room. <br />The Council requested he wait until after January 1, 1975 to bring this matter <br />up for discussion. <br />Mr. Jaworski asked if the Civil Defense had been notified to move from the Police <br />Office to the Back Room and recommended that thqnove. <br />There was some discussion about the color the 6x6 is to be painted. The Civil <br />Defense had requested that it be painted white, but it was suggested that sinee <br />it is to be used for snow plowing it should be painted Highway Orange. <br />Mr.Jaworski moved that the 6x6 should be painted Highway Orange and Mr. McLean <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski questioned REquisition No.495 and he moved to approve Requisitions <br />No.'s 489 -499, excluding 492 and 495. Mr. McLean seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried. <br />There was some discussion on the bill from the Attorney's Office. This is a new <br />IBM Statement and there are several item(son the statement that wer "questioned. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to approve payroll checks 2584 through 2604. The motion <br />was seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried. <br />Since the State of Minnesota is recognizing November 11, 1974 as ARmistace Day, the <br />next meeting will be held on October 28,'` 74 and the November 11, 1974 meeting <br />will be on November 12, 1974. <br />Mr. Marier moved to adjourn at 9:55 P.M.
