SPETEMBER 22, 1975 <br />Mr. Jaworski informed Mr. Ringamen that when the floor was removed it was <br />to accomodate the storage of a backhoe. This was when the City Hall was <br />located on Lake Drive and had no storage area. This equipment has been stored <br />at this City Hall since the area here is adequate. <br />Mr. Ringamen was also concerned about gopher traps being set in the Park. He <br />felt that these traps could be a danger to young children running in the Park. <br />Mayor Bohjanen thanked Mr. Ringamen for his comments and suggestions. <br />On considering the requisitions, Mr. Jaworski questioned the duplicate order <br />for legal size pads; could one be cancelled and that amount taken from the <br />order? He was told, Yes. <br />Mr. McLean questioned the uniforms for the Police Department. He wondered <br />since the City is in the process of negotiations with that department, shouldn't <br />this be a part of that process? Mr. Jaworski said furnishing uniforms is the <br />policy of this City. Mr. McLean said, ' in the past, yes, but should this <br />continue ?' He would ask that the uniforms be cancelled from that requisitions <br />The requisition for culverts was questioned. Mr. Volk was asked how many <br />he needed at the present time and he said one of each size plus four bands. <br />That requisition was changed to cover just that amount. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to approve the requisitions, cancelling 614, 619, and 620, <br />change 616 to the above recommendations, and cancel the uniforms on 623. <br />Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to approve checks number 6612 through and including <br />number 6643. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Marier asked the Clerk to re -issue the financial sheet making note of <br />the CD's that were cashed early in the year. <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve payroll checks #3142 through and including #3167. <br />Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Marier moved to adjourn at 10:20 P.M. Seconded by Mr. McLean.
