OCTOBER 28, 1975 up a proposal that he felt merited the attenton of this Council and could perhaps be presented to the Union for a membership vote before this got into mediation. He started to explain his proposal and Mayor Bohjanen felt that it would be handled better at the budget meeting scheduled for November 6, 1975. Mayor Bohjanen asked Mr. Jaworski where he got the $1,800.00 figure for mediation and Mr. Jaworski said that he got the figure from the Teamsters Union. A Special Budget Meeting was set for 8:00 P.M. on November 6, 1975 to discuss the proposed Fire Contract with the Cities of Centerville and Lexington and to discuss the finalization of the Budget for 1976. The Clerk was asked to send a reminder to all Council Members. There were no requisitions: for consideration. Mr. Jaworski moved to approve Payroll Checks No. 3188 through and including No. 3214, voiding No. 3196. Motion seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion passed. Mr. Jaworski mentioned that there were minutes from two meetings that have not been approved. Mr. McLean said that the Budget Minutes were continuing minutes and they should be concluded at the November 6, 1975 Budget Meeting. The minutes of the Union Meeting will be concluded when the negotiations are completed. Mr. Jaworski said that there were no dates on two sets of the Union Minutes and asked that the Clerk provide the correct dates before the November 10th Council Meeting. Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn at 9:10 P.M. Motion seconded by Mr. McLean. AYE. These minutes were approved at the November 10, 1975 Council Meeting. CL AO K TREASURER 1 1
