CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-12 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF COMPREHENSIVE SANITARY <br />SEWER PLAN AND COMPREHENSIVE WATER PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City's Comprehensive Sewer Plan and Comprehensive Water Plan <br />were last prepared in 1990, and 1991 respectively; and <br />WHEREAS, both systems have undergone substantial expansion and modification to <br />service both existing and new development; and <br />WHEREAS, both plans need to be revised to more accurately reflect existing conditions <br />as well as identify future system needs; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Engineer, TKDA, has submitted a proposal to perform such <br />services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />• 1. That the City's Engineer, TKDA, is hereby authorized to prepare a Comprehensive <br />Sanitary Sewer Plan and Comprehensive Water Plan. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of January, 2003. <br />Ann Ma' City Clerk <br />• <br />
