SITE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES AND <br />CENTENNIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 12 <br />This Agreement made and entered into this 10`h day of February, by and between the City of Lino <br />Lakes, State of Minnesota, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City" and <br />Centennial School District No. 12, a political subdivision (hereinafter referred to as "District "); <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the District has certain park (and recreation) facilities at Centennial Middle <br />School, Rice Lake Elementary, and Blue Heron Elementary located within the City of <br />Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and the District wish to enter into an agreement concerning the joint <br />use, improvement and construction of certain facilities located upon said District <br />property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY STIPULATED AND AGREED: <br />la. Rice Lake Elementary <br />The District constructed the following improvements at Rice Lake Elementary at District <br />expense: three (3) softball /baseball fields, two (2) soccer fields, irrigation for such fields, and <br />grading and graveling of all trails located on District property. Costs for such facilities was paid <br />by the District and was according to plans and specifications approved by the parties hereto and <br />made a part hereof. <br />ib. Centennial Middle School <br />The District constructed the following improvements at the Middle School at District <br />expense: three (3) softball fields, four (4) athletic fields, one (1) baseball field, one (1) hard <br />
