CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-35 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE 2003 WEARING COURSE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for 2003 Wearing Course <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the council for approval; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is des gnated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the 2003 Wearing Course. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of March, 2003. <br />Ann J.
