CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-37 <br />ELM STREET NO PARKING RESTRICTION <br />S.A.P. 210 - 102 -02 Elm Street from Sunset Road (Anoka County #53) <br />to Grey Heron Drive in the City of <br />Lino Lakes , Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, THIS RESOLUTION was passed this 10th day of March , 20 03 . by the <br />City of Lino Lakes in Anoka County, Minnesota. The <br />Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City ", <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, The "City", has planned the improvements of Elm Street <br />State Aid Route No. 210 - 102 -02 from Sunset Road to <br />Grey Heron Drive in the City of Lino Lakes <br />Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the improvements of this <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid project must therefore be <br />conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br />That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on <br />Sunset Road to Grey Heron Drive <br />both sides of Elm Street: <br />at all times. <br />Dated this 10th day of March , 20 03 . <br />ATTEST: <br />City of <br />Lino Lakes , Minnesota. <br />Ann Blair, City /clerk <br />John J er esd n M or <br />
