No. 12701 -002 <br />Routing: <br />A review for this proposed project was previously provided in a memorandum from Patrick Windier dated <br />February 5, 2003. <br />The above - referenced engineering review is based on the following documents: <br />1. Plan Sheets for Century Farms North (1st - 6th Additions): <br />• Preliminary Grading (Sheets G1, G2, G1A - D), dated March 28, 2003 <br />• Preliminary Utility Plan (Sheets U1, UlA - D), dated March 28, 2003 <br />• Phasing Plan PH1A and PH2A, dated January 20, 2003 <br />• Preliminary Utility Profile (Sheet PR 1), dated March 28, 2003 <br />2. HydroCAD stormwater modeling calculations and dated February 12, 2003. <br />3. Previous Engineering Review dated February 5, 2003. <br />4. Preliminary Geotechnical Evaluation, Braun Intertec Project No. BPDX- 98 -005A, April 7, 1998. <br />GENERAL COMMENTS <br />1. The referenced plans essentially provide general information regarding proposed grading and <br />utilities. The plans presented for review at this time are not considered plans to be used for actual <br />construction since much of the detailed design and construction information is not yet provided. This <br />includes construction notes, provisions for private utilities, City of Lino Lakes standard plates and <br />details for streets and utilities, building elevations and types, invert and rim elevations of sanitary <br />sewer and storm sewer manholes and appurtenances, and other pertinent information. The comments <br />provided in this memorandum are therefore considered more general in nature, based upon the <br />information provided. It is expected that these plans would eventually be further refined into <br />construction plans, and would be reviewed again in more detail prior to actual construction. <br />ip 2.
