For example, flow <br />at Manhole 64 on Stallion Drive (Sheet U1B) is shown in two different directions. Similar <br />confusion is shown on Sheet U1C at Manholes 60, 47, 45, 50, 57, and 58. Plans must be <br />revised accordingly. <br />E. Sanitary sewer system materials and installation methods shall follow the City of Lino Lakes <br />engineering standards. <br />F. The Developer shall provide to the City of Lino Lakes a copy of the completed MPCA <br />sanitary sewer permit, including correspondence and approval of Metropolitan Council <br />Environmental Services (MCES). <br />G. The Developer shall provide permanent easements for sanitary sewer system piping and <br />components for utilities not in the public right -of -way. <br />Sanitary sewer installation shall be installed in accordance with the recommendations of the <br />geotechnical report provided. <br />2. Watermain System - Plan Sheets U1 and UlA through U1D: <br />A. Fire Hydrants shall be added at the watermain terminus for the east end of Stallion Road and <br />the north end of Century Trail for flushing purposes. <br />B. The watermain system proposed for Century Farms North is currently being reviewed to <br />verify and confirm conformance with the City's overall Comprehensive Plan. In addition, the <br />City of Lino Lakes is in the process of performing a flow test to better ascertain existing <br />pressures at this location. <br />We are also reviewing the need for watermain installation on or near Sunset Road (CSAH <br />No.53) to address overall water system balancing and capacity considerations (looping), and <br />to provide for possible future services. <br />C. Watermain system materials and installation methods shall follow City of Lino Lakes <br />engineering standards. <br />D. The Developer shall provide to the City of Lino Lakes a copy of the completed MDH permit <br />for watermain installation. <br />E. The Developer shall provide permanent easements for watermain piping and fire hydrants in <br />locations not in the public right -of -way. <br />F.
