• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-66 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS — TWILIGHT ACRES/TWILIGHT ACRES 2ND ADDITION <br />WATERMAIN EXTENSION. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted August 14, 2001, a sanitary <br />sewer improvement project was authorized in the Twilight Acres/Twilight Acres 2nd <br />Addition and installation has been completed, <br />WHEREAS, a petition was received by the residents in the area for extension of the <br />watermain on Vicky Lane and on the North half of Nancy Drive, <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to fund all of the cost of the improvement, to be <br />recovered through connection charges upon resident connection requests. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is <br />directed to prepare plans and specifications for the Twilight Acres/Twilight Acres 2nd <br />Addition Watermain Extension <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of May, 2003. <br />Ann BlaiiYj City Clerk <br />
