August 29, 1977 <br />WHEREAS, Information as to scheduled meetings and discussions on this proposed <br />Regional Park has only been forwarded to one community, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, The Councils of the Cities of Lino Lakes <br />and Hugo have jointly agreed all future meetings or discussions with any other agencies <br />relating to the proposed Otter Lake Regional Park will only be held with designated re- <br />presentatives of both named municipalities in attendance. <br />In the event that representatives of one municipality are unable to appear for a meeting <br />or discussion, the meeting will be cancelled until designated representatives of both <br />municipalities can attend. <br />The above Resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Harvey Karth and passed with Mayor Bohjanen, <br />Mr. Harvey Karth, Mr. John McLean and Mr. Richard Zelinka voting, Aye.
