32 <br />October 24, 1977 <br />The Clerk is to discuss this with Chief Myhre and ask that all persons whose dogs have <br />been impounded be notified immediately - providing there is a tag that will identify the <br />owner. <br />Northwestern Bell had applied for permission to install buried cable on Thomas Street. <br />Mr. Gotwald recommended approval. Mr. McLean so moved. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Locher said he had spent some time going over the Carole's Estate plat making some <br />minor corrections. There are still some problems with signatures of persons involved with <br />the estate of which this land was a part. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to approve requisitions #781 through and including #785. Seconded by <br />Mr. Karth. Motion carried unanimously. <br />The office had questioned the paying of a bill from NSP for pumping sewage. The Clerk was <br />instructed to continue paying these bills but to keep a record of the amounts beginning <br />when this City ceased hauling. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to approve checks #8315 through and including #8335. Seconded by Mr. Karth. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. McLean moved to adjourn at 11:00 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Karth.
