Zoning Meeting ::held on November. I6,. 1977.
Mr. Baber had appeared before the Board seeking a variance for a bong driveway between two
lots off West Bald Eagle Boulevard,. The two lots in question had been granted a variance
for having less than the required 150' but the action had been omitted from the minutes.
Mr. McLean moved to grant this variance. Since it is
located on private property, Mr. Gotwald advised that no action needed to be taken on this
matter. Mr. McLean so moved, with the owners to be advised the City will not provide any
maintenance of any kind at any time on this trail to the Lake. Seconded by Mr. Karth. Mo-
tion carried unanimously.
Mr. James Davis had applied for an extra long driveway off Ware Road but had not provided
the Planning and Zoning with a certificate of survey. This had not been received as yet.
This matter was tabled until the necessary documents are provided.
Mrs. Grundhofer, 5235. Street, had applied for a special use permit to operate.a Beauty
. Shop in her home. She had the required signatures, a layout of the shop and a drawing show-
ing the parking space. All items were in order. The Planning and Zoning had recommended
approval of this special use permit. Mr. McLean so moved. Seconded by Mr..
