This would be held on December 16,
1978 from 10:00 A.M. to approximately noon. Is there a charge? Do they need
insurance? May they serve food? use electrical outlets? how many persons can be
in the Hall?
Some of these questions were discussed - no charges, Lions have adequate insurance,
what kinds of food?
