190 <br />November 27, 1978 <br />Mr. Cunningham was advised to apply for a special use permit and have his <br />materials in before the next Planning and Zoning Board meeting and both <br />the special use and the variance can be processed at the same time. <br />Mr. Klenck, of the Otter Lake Hills area, had applied for a special use <br />permit for the storage of heavy equipment in a residential area. More <br />information is needed on this request. Mr. Klenck will return to the <br />Planning and Zoning Board. <br />Mr. Roy Stanley had applied for a variance to split two lots into four <br />lots. These are part of the Sunset Oaks plat. The Planning and Zoning <br />had recommended approval of these splits with the stipulation that Mr. <br />Stanley pay for the four lots. He had paid for two at the time of <br />application. Mr. McLean so moved. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion <br />declared passed. <br />Mr. Mobley had presented a proposed usage for his land that does not <br />conform to his present zoning. He was advised to have the land rezoned. <br />He had submitted the application and will be on the next agenda. <br />Mayor Karth reported on the Police Advisory Board meeting held on <br />November 14, 1978. This meeting had been converned with a question and <br />answer session with Sheriff Talbott. No decision shad been made. <br />Mr. Volk had presented two requisitions for the Park Department. One <br />is for a garage to be moved in for storage at Sunrise Park and the other <br />is for a snowblower for the rinks. These requisitions need to be signed <br />by Mr., Zelinka who is absent. There is no designated location for the <br />garage and it was felt this should be presented. Also, Mr. Volk should <br />present more than one price on the smow blower. <br />Chief Myhre presented his arguments for the repair of the old radar and <br />askedabout his requisitions (which the Clerk did not have). After <br />some discussion, it was decided these will be considered at the next <br />meeting. <br />Mr. Gotwald had checked with teh MSB on the usage charges for 1979. It <br />had been assumed that the Baldwin Lake Trailer Court was connected and <br />some adjustment will be made in these charges. <br />Mr. Gotwald reported that the extension on East Shadow Lake Drive is <br />completed to the point were building permits may be released. He is <br />advising the bak to withhokd 10% for the completion of the boulevards <br />and such. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve Checks #9260 through and including #9278. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Gotwald said a Resolution authorizing him to check the feasibility <br />of the petitions for the extension of the sewer on Black Duck Drive should <br />be passed. Mr. McLean so moved. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion <br />declared passed. <br />Mr. McLean moved to adjourn at 11:00 P.M.
