This constructing of a Class 1 building
within a Class 2 building for use by the public is not allowed by the State
Building Code. The Park Board felt that rather than construct a $6,000.00+
building that will eventually be removed, they would prefer to start planning
for the construction of a permanent four season building as laid out by
the Park plan now accepted for this land.
