Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to approve Checks #9322 through and including #9337, <br />Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Sarner, Clerk- Treasurer <br />December 28, 1978 <br />The special meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order <br />at 7:00 P.M. on December 28, 1978. Council members present; Kulaszewicz, <br />McLean, Schneider. Absent; Zelinka. <br />This meeting has been called for the purpose of replacing or re- appoint- <br />ing members of the various boards whose terms expire December 31, 1978. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board was considered firts. Mr. James Hill and <br />Mr. William Bohjanen are the members whose terms expire. Several <br />residents of the City had called and asked for consideration as a <br />member of this Board. After discussion and consideration of all persons, <br />Mr. McLean moved to appoint Mr. Larry Johnson and Mr. Jerry Heath as <br />members of the Palnning and Zoning Board for three year terms, subject <br />to acceptance. Seconded by Mr. Schneider. Motion declared passed. <br />The matter of the Personnel Commission was considered next. One member <br />had resinged prior to the end of the year and two other member's terms <br />expire. There were several persons for consideration as members of <br />this Commission. Mr. McLean moved to appoint Mr. Jim Arntzen, Mr. <br />Greg Kliner, and Mrs. Susan DeNuccio to serve on this Commission, subject <br />to acceptance. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. <br />The matter of the Park, Recreation and Enviornmental Commission was con- <br />sidered next. After quite a lot of discussion, Mr. Kulaszewicz moved <br />to appoint the following persons to serve on this Commission. Mr. <br />Larry Crouse, Mr. Charles Cheesebrough and Mr. Milt Jorgernson, subject <br />to acceptance. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion decalred passed. <br />The Clerk was instructed to send 'Thank You' letters to all retiring <br />
