<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
<br />Minnesota, hasm on its own motion, ordered a hearing to be held to consider
<br />the vacation of a portion of utility easements lying within the corporate
<br />limits of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as
<br />follows, to -wit:
<br />A utility easement as shown on the plat of Twilight Acres, according
<br />to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the
<br />County Recorder, Anoka County, Minnesota, over a strip of land 10 feet
<br />in width, as measured at right angles, parallel with and adjacent to
<br />and Northeasterly of the Southwesterly line of Lot 2, Block 2, of
<br />said subdivision,
<br />and,
<br />A utility easement as shown on the said plat, over a strip of land
<br />10 feet in width parallel with and adjacent to and lying Northwesterly
<br />of the Southeasterly line of Lot 3, Block 2, of said subdivision,
<br />except that part thereof lying South of a line parallel with and dis-
<br />tant 10 feet North of the Southerly line of said Lot 3, Block 2.
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, published notice of the hearing held this 14th day of May, 1979,
<br />at 11:30 o'clock, P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Lino Lakes, was
<br />duly made for two weeks, on April 19, 1979, and April 26, 1979, in the
<br />Forest Lake Times, and posted notice of said hearing, since April 27, 1979,
<br />was duly made, all as required by law, giving legal notice as required
<br />by law; and
<br />WHEREAS, this City Council hereby determines that the following portion
<br />of utility easements lying within the corporate limits of the City of
<br />Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit:
<br />A utility easement as shown on the plat of Twilight Acres, according
<br />to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the
<br />County Recorder, Anoka County, Minnesota, over a strip of land 10
<br />feet in width, as measured at right angles, parallel with and
<br />adjacent to and Northeasterly of the Southwesterly line of Lot 2,
<br />Block 2, of said subdivision,
<br />and
<br />A utility easement as shown on said plat, over a strip of land 10
<br />feet in width parallel with and adjacent to and lying Northwesterly
<br />of the Southeasterly line of Lot 3, Block 2, of said subdivision,
<br />except that part thereof lying South of aline parallel with and dis-
<br />tand 10 feet North of the Southerly line of said Lot 3, Block 2,
<br />has not formerly been used for public purposes, has not been needed for
<br />public purposes; and
<br />WHEREAS, after due consideration, at a public hearing held on May 14,
<br />1979, at 11 :30 P.M., at the City Hall in the City of Lino Lakes, by the
<br />City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, this
<br />City Council determines that the vacation of said portion of utility
<br />easements will in no way be detrimental to the public interest, and
<br />that it will be in the interest of the public to vacate said portion of
<br />
